Energy for Everybody, Everyday (3E) is a series of Qigong movements that gently relaxes the body. With proper practice, the movements will stimulate meridians and allow the body’s energy to flow more smoothly. The results lead to emotional and physical balance.

Yes! We offer numerous classes on a regular basis and we encourage you to experience all of our Wu Ming Qigong offerings, which are in alignment with each other.
Graduates of Dragon’s Way Qigong® 6 week course, can become a member of the “Dragon Club” which meets for community practice weekly via Zoom.
The Tao of Healing School is the mothership of Qigong Nashville and offers ongoing advanced training and a weekly “Qi Thursday” practice which is free and open to all.
